Our destination wedding was the wedding of my dreams — truly.

My husband and I had the most incredible time, and I’m so glad we did it the way we did. It’s the whole reason Breezy Brides exists in the first place.

But here’s the thing I’ve realized after helping so many brides over the last couple of years: I now see our own wedding in a completely different light. There are a handful of little decisions I look back on and think, I’d do that one differently if I could go back.

So in this episode, I’m getting honest and walking you through six real regrets from my own destination wedding. Not to scare you — but to get you thinking about the small details now, while you still have time to do them your way.

I want to be clear: none of these left our wedding in a negative light, let alone ruined our day, and the changes I’d make are pretty minimal. We still had an absolutely amazing wedding trip. But if me sharing them helps even one bride skip the second-guessing later, it’s worth it.
