To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Breezy Brides. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests who book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.
In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their hotel reservations made by December 1, 2026. All reservations will need to be paid in full by January 1, 2027.
We are currently holding rooms from April 16th – 21st 2027; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding your desired date or room type, our travel agent will request it be added to our group).

They offer a variety of reliable and comfortable as well as VIP luxury transfer options for round-trip convenience, with vehicles waiting in the airport’s arrival area. The ride from the airport to the resort is approximately 40 minutes, though timing may vary based on traffic and transfer type.

Guests are welcome to book excursions during their stay. Feel free to explore the destination during free time between wedding events—from horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer.
It’s best to explore off-resort excursions with a trusted name in travel like Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be an Lomas travel representative at your resort during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.
Make the most of your trip by pre-booking excursions in advance—this way, you won’t have to worry about tours being sold out once you arrive!
We will e-mail you when each payment is due, but you can return here and make a payment here anytime.
Airport transfers aren’t included in your all-inclusive rate, but you can add transfers to your reservation via the booking form in the Reservations tab.
Your initial deposit is non-refundable in all cases. If you cancel before the final payment date, you’ll only forfeit your deposit. If you cancel after paying in full and past the January 1st deadline, refunds depend on whether you purchased travel insurance. Without insurance, your reservation is completely non-refundable.
